Whether people are holding or buying PRPM shares in order to get BDGR shares as "dividends" only they know. What IS known is that according to his last disclosure--

Total shares outstanding: 10,821,252,428 as of date: 01/31/21


Today the O/S is 13,164,585,761.

That's an increase of 2,343,333,333 or +21.65%.

Moreover, there are still 2.84 Billion PRPM shares already authorized --locked, loaded and ready to dump into the O/S.
