But the August 13th date is for TD Ameritrade. If Regen isn't current and in compliance by then, they will not give any extension. I've seen what happens when a major brokerage puts "sale only" restrictions on OTC companies. They take a huge hit, then bleed down further every day thereafter until the company gets current or gets delisted. But it's a huge hit, and even companies that get into compliance take a long time to recover.
