amazing how many here are so negative on others just because they have a differing view of what is happening and why.

Is it shareholders here whom have caused the stock to plummet from 24.00 to under 12.00 dollars. I highly doubt it.

The performance of a stock is based upon the company, it's product and management ability to perform. (company and management are the same thing) at least it was when I owned my company!

And last I noticed the FDA approved the drug so the share value has not lost half of the value because of product.

In the real world management is beholden to shareholder who have provided them the funds to finance the company.

Seems this management has lost sight of that fact.
