They are building right next to one that already exists. That is how it can be a "golf course" community. Apparently, there is going to be increased accessability to the golf course from the new development, but there is not a new golf course. I don't think CBAY ever said they were building a new golf course. This was spelled out in an article last fall out of Louisiana. At 500-1000 homes, with residential lots taking up 90% of the property (remainder for comm'l), it works out to roughly 7000 - 14000 sf./lot, which is fine.
