2. the patent is granted: they have exclusive rights to mfg and sell fuel- contracts will be worth billions. Best case scenario. There is also the use of licensing to others to produce the fuel. That will not occur until patent is granted -- who will pay a license for something that may not be patentable and exclsuive?
