NWBO's hirings indicate LP's intention to relist on the NASDQ. Assuming that's true, I see the importance of using an established journal to release TLD, whereas a PR can be exploited by the dark forces we're all too familiar with. I would imagine that NWBO has accumulated numerous milestones to put out following the momentum a positive journal would create. The last thing we need is weak messaging that produces unnecessary oscillations in the SP. We can then expect HF to start pouring in and gobbling up large share blocks. Whereas, after 14 years, a poor showing to satisfy impatient impulses would be inexcuseable, knowing things could have been handled differently sans actions taken with haste.
