Post hoc data mining does not exist post hoc rephrasing the trial questions aka the endpoints as stipulated in the SAP, based on the unblinded data, does.

I have not seen NWBO changing endpoints/the trial questions after the data was unblinded or even right after data lock was locked. You?

You have to invest a bit in time in how biotech analytics works to understand the difference.
