goodie... good point, but remember, the Safe Harbor assets were not included in the official proceedings in the chapter 11, and thus when WMI holdings became WMIH upon exit, these assets in SH would not technically appear as assets on the new co....but reside in SH and untouchable... now the question is. who owns these SH assets?....the estate holders or Wmih?
