This price seems brutal, but to me - it’s a huge screaming buy, regardless if you have shares and are averaging down (or possibly up for some I guess), or if you’re just watching from the sidelines.
I had several million shares, but sold a lot of them at around .0028 in order to free up some cash to buy another stock that was about to make a move. Knowing what HBRM has coming in Q3, where I expect this to run well past a penny, I figured I had time to buy them back before the fall, and was ok with paying a little more. Now I can get them at a 70% discount! So I am definitely averaging down right now.
