So I heard that someone mentioned my name…first, let me say thank you for being remembered in a positive way! I know it’s been a super long time since I’ve posted. I’m very proud of the small part I played in helping other shareholders out.

Some here may remember it’s my daughter, not me who was sick and had surgery in Germany in 2012. That never would have happened if not for so many on this IMB on both sides of the ocean. She did fabulously well and had a good run of it for several years.

Nothing prepared me for her health problems to come. Yes, she is very sick again and all the doctors we’ve seen between MD and NC all tell me the same thing..go back to Germany for additional surgery.

So like everyone else, I wait to see what what’s going to happen. I’m doing my best to make her as comfortable as possible and care for all her needs. She’s stable but outside of the home is in a wheelchair now. But we’re blessed in that she still has a home and food and I have the skills for her nursing care during what’s been an unprecedented tumultuous time for so many reasons. If something comes back to escrows it will be life changing in a way that’s a little different than maybe it is for others.
