The process might be quick, but if Henry files after hours, which he will, the question becomes how quickly will OTC markets grant current status?

I'm pretty sure it won't happen by the next morning, so if Henry holds a cc 30 minutes after the filings, and the company will not be designated as current by OTC for at least 24 hours, can Henry give buy back numbers?

And again, the shares have to be officially listed on PHIL's books to talk about them, so will that happen within 30 minutes of filing the Q's?

While it would be great if the moment the Q's are filed, Henry is free to say whatever he wants, I just don't think that is going to be the case.
