Not exactly. A Warrant gives the warrant holder the option to buy a share of VERB stock at $3.44 whether the stock is trading at $1 or $100, it doesn't matter. The warrant holder can convert the warrant to 1 share of VERB stock by paying $3.44. Now it wouldn't make sense to convert with the price less than $3.44 since you can buy a share of VERB on the open market for less than that. I own a lot of warrants and expect to hold them up until expiration in March 2024 and then I'll sell. If VERB starts paying dividends to shareholders before then, I may sell or convert. Most likely I'll just sell the warrants and buy the stock with the proceeds or move onto something else. I bought warrants instead of stock because up until recently I could buy 3.5 warrants for the same price as 1 share of stock. If the price of verb goes to $20, my 3.5 warrants will be worth at least $58 and 1 share of stock would be worth the $20. The higher VERB goes before March 2024, the larger the gap will be between owning 3.5 warrants and 1 share since that $3.44 is constant.
