They were delinquent with SEC filings - that was a risk. A risk people took.


This turned into a custodial momo play. Some frontloaded and dumped with the announcement George was applying for custodianship. The little guy was more than happy to play along. It just proves most investors are not doing the necessary DD before they invest. Hopping onto any hype no matter who or where it comes from. Expensive lessons for sure.
