well of course they are going to try and fight it. what choice do they have. but like I have said before, and big brother has echoed, all the info out there from instadose and grant, from 2018,2019,2020, were clearly either lies, or grant had no true idea of where the company was at at the time. The osc has pretty clear investor solicitation rules, and if grant used lies to get them to invest, that is a problem for him. If he then further used corprate funds for lifestyle like private jets for family, car leases, caribeaan house rentals etc, it will all pose a serious problem for instadose and grant. The OSC does not bring charges if they dont think they can win. and like I have said before, if grant didnt inform his new investors that there was an OSC inquiry into him, he will have even more problems. this all only points in one direction to me.

as well, the first person has jumped ship. Anyone notice that Geoffrey Belsher is no longer on the website. In my opinion he was the most credible board member they had, and clearly he doesnt want to be around the grant sanders puppet show. I expect more to follow.
