It wouldn't surprise me at all if that becomes a reality.

Good thing Koos filed that 8K to prevent a Hostile Take Over...he's going to need it in order to control the negotiations and I'm 100% certain he has a "straight poker face" that never blinks!

If he goes in that direction, he's definitely going to get top dollar for this company for the mere reason all those Disruptive Biotechnology Patents fully revived each have a Market Capacity in the double digit Billion Dollar range!
