Item 8.01 Other Events.

Regen Biopharma, Inc. (the “Company”) is in the process of preparing financial statements in order that the Company may have such statements audited (in the case of Annual Financial Statements) and reviewed (in the case of Quarterly Financial Statements). It is intended that the audit and reviews shall be conducted by BF Borgers CPA PC the Company’s independent registered accountant.

On June 21,2021 the Company filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission Form its annual report for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2019 on Form 10-K.

Upon completion of the aforementioned audit and reviews the Company intends file the following delinquent periodic reports with United States Securities and Exchange Commission:
