Can someone please help me understand something...

Data from OTC Markets on 4/19/21 shows ALPP at:

137,223,432 Outstanding Shares
6,078,511 Restricted Shares
131,144,921 Unrestricted Shares

Then, Data from OTC Markets on 6/21/21 shows ALPP at:

142,848,767 Outstanding Shares
9,678,154 Restricted Shares
133,170,613 Unrestricted Shares

In short, the Outstanding Shares increased by 5,625,335 at some point(s) during that approximately 2 month window, with changes to the Restricted and Unrestricted shares.

Can someone explain this to me? How? Why? I saw some brand new basher account posting this on Twitter, but the numbers are accurate and correct.

I am long the stock and holding strong since November 2020, but this basher actually got to me, and this does not sit well with me. Can someone explain?

I have reached out to Investor Relations and Kent Wilson on his Alpine 4 email, but no reply whatsoever - and that is not like them. They are always quick to reply and reassuring.
