I agree. At least request a document proving maintenance, i.e, an email, phone record from 2021, anything other than we did a concert back in 2015 as proof. Lawyers first argument was trying to show no revenue meant abandonment, he got lost in the forest after judge said you can have an asset not generating review. Yeah, sure, but not likely if the contract was generating money 5 years ago and hasn’t since. Show us some proof you even communicate to those people still. Sheesh
