liefsmith, you have given us a mountain of material to ponder here!

However, what has troubled me since I became a Star Scientific stockholder, before the infamous patent infringement tobacco trial, is that we have yet to see the 1st scientific evidence that the nicotinic molecules have any human medical benefits, as we have yet to see the results of a HUMAN trial.

Patents, patent claims, preclinical trials, and phenotypic studies are all just indications of what may be true, but human clinical trials are science that demonstrate was is reality, and we seem to be having difficulty getting that 1st HUMAN clinical trial result !!!!!
