CEO is dead. So who can legally reinstate the company ? Who has a POA here?? Someone has to go through court first to become legal custodian - then reinstate. The problem here - there is nothing pending in the court system on BCAP!

Re-instatement does not take 2 months. They did not pay the fees but got the "pending status" via Florida "loophole" - scammers were betting on a price pump to sell into.
