A company like Smart & Final/Cash & Carry with majority ownership(Groupe Casino) located in France may find this more value oriented than 800 calling.
I believe however that Comp USA headquartered in Dallas with stores and majority holders in Northern Mexico a more probable customer.
The most intriqueing thoughts are the Asian students in the U.S., since Anywherecaller.com shows free calls to both China and Taiwan.
These students are quite a high percentage of our Community College population and growing...so much so, that a good portion of the local schools have built residences on campus to take advantage of the cash flow opportunuties from this group.
It's interesting to note that out of 17 current replies to your post, only about 5 still exist....I suspect few 'traders' were able to take advantage of a box short since pumping was minimal and of course the 'uptick rule'.
