The question was never surrounding preparedness for the June 12th deadline by the big name companies, or Ultrack for that matter. It's whether the big boys have actually submitted (or resubmitted) their devices for certification yet, after the changes to the ELD requirements.

My opinion is strictly based on whether Ultrack has the potential to be higher in the queue than the competitors.
