Just got back from Nashville. Cali is fools gold for businesses because you pay a premium for - literally everything. In Nashville, they are begging businesses to come. They've had a rough time.

Rough time? Nashville has been booming for the last decade and looking at current construction the growth isn't showing any signs of slowing down.

So, should have understood moving headquarters from Cali to Nashville better - means they ain't selling anytime soon

Why? Moving to a lower tax state increases the value of RVNC. Plus, Nashville is a great place to live and retire. I expect Folly will shop RVNC once FDA approval is received.
