ALTD: Interesting background for investors on Trident Water Company (TWC) a subsidiary of Altitude International, Inc. (ALTD)

Below provides a narrative on a very compelling company that further enhances ALTD's portfolio (and enriches its investors by extension). Two points to make about this news release:

1. Knowing a bit about contracting with the Federal Government, prospective companies seeking to do business with the Federal Government and secure a lucrative contract undergo an intensive background investigation to ensure the business' creditworthiness, fiscal stability, lawful operations, integrity of the corporate officers (no derogatory information regarding unethical business practices or pending lawsuits, etc.) and quality of product or service sought. Having secured this Department of Defense contract gives TWC the federal government's imprimatur to the business community writ large that it is a business in good standing with ethical officers and a quality product worthy of taxpayer dollars.

2. Securing this federal contact raises the level of awareness for TWC's products and services within the business community as well as with state / municipal governments for the highly sought-after need for sources of consistently clean water free of contaminants. We all recall the debacle with the lead-tainted water in Flint, Michigan... I can see products provided by TWC to be in high demand and a consistently lucrative source of revenue for ALTD.

Background on Trident Water Company:
The Trident Water Company (TWC) was founded in the summer of 2019 by Greg Breunich. Greg, a principal owner of Club Med Academies (CMA) along with Scott Del Mastro and Gabe Jaramillo, built CMA into one of the best multi-sport performance development facilities, training programs, and academic K-12 schools (fully accredited) in the world.

The initial TWC project wanted to develop a program to hydrate the athletes at the academy using our Pure Water Generators (PWG). We wanted to produce pure water that the students could drink without fear of ingesting contaminants. The initial success of that project resulted in the decision to open a water bottling facility in Port Saint Lucie, Florida (TWC Corporate Offices location) and share the technology and drinking water with the local community. We also wanted our water to be environmentally friendly, to taste great, be bottled in reusable and recyclable containers (they chose glass) and be healthy for people to drink.

Water produced by a Trident Water PWG is the best water on earth. In most cases, is filtered city water processed in a manufacturing plant. Other bottled water is produced from groundwater and there are no guarantees that it is truly pure and contaminant free. The contaminants in tap and bottled water are never in Trident’s water. Again, Trident Water is harvested from the humidity in the air and bottled in glass which is a far safer container than plastic. Our patented EnviroGuard (Ozone Generator) purification process assists the natural water cycle by infusing Ozone into the water that is produced from the humidity in the air. After 20 mins, the ozone (O3) then reverts into oxygen (O2) adding additional oxygen into every glass you drink. In our final step, we add the minerals calcium and magnesium to raise the pH (7.6 to 8.1 on average) and provide a great taste. That’s why the company states:

“We make water with technology licensed from Mother Nature.”

We want to be more than a water bottling company – we want to teach sustainability, create local jobs, and help the community before, during or after potential natural disasters (as we witnessed in August 2019 with hurricane Dorian – it is clear that the need for clean drinking water is paramount everywhere). Additionally, we plan on opening hydro cafés, providing alternate energy solutions, opening farmers markets, building greenhouses and creating a place in communities where people can come to learn about sustainability or just hang out and talk about the issues that we all face while enjoying the best tasting and most sustainable water in the world.

ALTD--DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE CONTRACTS:

Trident Water Expands Sales to the US Department of Defense

PR Newswire

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla., July 12, 2021

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla., July 12, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- The Trident Water Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Altitude International Holdings, Inc (OTCQB: "ALTD"), announced today that the US Department of Defense has placed additional orders for Trident's Atmospheric Water Generators. This second purchase contract involves multiple units of the Quench (a 100-gallon/day unit) and the Tiffany (a 12-gallon/day unit) that Trident is currently private labeling for Russkap Holdings under an exclusive manufacturing contract.

Trident's Atmospheric Water Generators are made in the USA and fulfill a growing need for U.S. military operations. Trident's machines feature a patented ozone purification system that is recommended for use by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Trident currently offers three different models that can make up to 12 gallons, 100 gallons, or 200 gallons of pure drinking water per day.

Russkap has spent years nurturing the government relationships that former top EPA advisor and current Russkap CEO Ed Russo is now utilizing. In a press release issued earlier today Russo's partner and Russkap President Yehuda Kaploun stated, "This order proves once again that RussKap is recognized as the leader in selling scalable atmospheric water machines for multiple purposes to the US Military. There is no better option for disaster relief, crisis response, or organic logistics support. Our units generate great-tasting water at the point of need without a raw water source or need for chemicals."

In that same press release Ed Russo stated, "Russkap and Trident have been recognized by the military for our use of outstanding technology and together we are the largest provider of Atmospheric Water machines to the DOD. We are now expecting in the next weeks to announce the release of our new mobile units. We are working with the engineering teams of the military to design the cases to be secured on the military transport vehicles. We are also in conversations with the military for a joint project to make water on the move which has incredible opportunities."

ALTD CEO Greg Breunich concluded, "We are extremely gratified that after only two short years Trident Water is being recognized by the US Military as the best option for Atmospheric Water Generators as this second contract confirms. It is a real pleasure working with Yehuda and Ed, who understand the preeminence of ozone water purification through Ed's extensive work in the environmental field. Between our patented ozone technology and manufacturing capabilities, and their high-level contacts throughout governments across the world, I believe we are now poised to capture a huge market while providing disaster relief and water crisis management wherever they are needed."
