With that said, I want to see the merger completed as much as anyone.....however, not if it can not be done safely, and with 100% certainty, taking into consideration Grant's current predicament.

They only have one shot, so even if they had to delay it for another 3 months, that would be better than trying to rush it IMO.... leave no stone unturned, as this merger will be looked at under a microscope by the regulators now.
