Excuse me but they are not material events. If they were material, they would need an 8k.

Did you see an 8K on them?

Material news they they did not PR
1. 7.6M AND 3M TO Pestell
2. Amarex CANCELING THEIR CONTRACT
3. Company no longer meets the definition of a smaller reporting company and thus the previously available 5% threshold is no longer applicable to the Company.

If not SEC doc then all fluff and forward looking statement. Hence no 9k on the Purchase order ( which Nader/Kelly/Recknor admitted was nominal) and the bizarre shipping PR ( vacations for insiders IS MY GUESS)
