One thing is clear, there are many 13D activists and likely members on these boards. The last 3 PRs are straight forward and non fluff. They are material events that are being reported on as they should. 13D needs to be very careful moving forward so not to appear intentional in any effort to suppress the SP. While l I remain on the fence about which way I’m going to vote at this point timing is everything. 13D doesn’t want to blow it early in the game. My opinion is that 13D started in the lead as far as sentiment but needs to be careful moving forward. The strategy should be a viable great plan that will make investors question “why wasn’t that plan revealed by the current BOD”? And no, hindsight and Monday morning quarterbacking doesn’t count. MOVING FORWARD!
