These numbers appear too low really as we are talking many years of infringement by companies making billions of profit by it. If we do not have a few billion of settlement then I think we messed up, and once again it pays to steal, unless a great future royalties package was also agreed, that we benefit from.
I agree that we should already involve the lawyer. We should know exactly what was agreed and the current pay out plan. It may be a good idea to already start proceedings against Carter for his passed actions and freeze the monies if possible. We can always drop charges if he finally does what is right by all.
