45 days from quarters end. So mid August at the latest. I don’t think financials will be bad. Now that they aren’t paying dumb and dumber salaries and since High Wire posted a profit last year, we should be close to being in the black. The company is hard to do DD on because people look at the old SGSI site and financials and don’t connect it to High Wires value. Hence the low volume. Unless insiders are very slowly dropping their positions, it looks more like MMS and big players pushing the price down to accumulate. Given that the stock is trading 50% of current revenues, I don’t see how there won’t be some spike with combined financials. JMO
