If by big, you mean big buying at low 6s, high 5s then I agree, but nothing "big" is happening related to PRs, ELD cert. Or otherwise.

Patient buying is the only way to maneuver this issue until they show us the money (real deal 8k showing material change to top line). You are wasting your powder otherwise, imo.

Every other day I'm buying high 5s when the FOMO crowd keeps saying "last chance" at 7s.
