thelunarob I want to make a final public statement regarding the delivery of a official report on HUMBL for investors.

Over the past week I’ve received dozens of text messages emails and social media requests regarding this.

Below is the official response:

My goal is still to collect, simplify, and provide all the information we originally looked to collect for investors prior to my advisory role at Humbl. This will be contingent on acceptance by the company and regulatory constraints on the data we can provide.

The objective is to provide this research through the data room Brian mentioned on the last investor call. The main difference is that I will be not issuing a formal recommendation on what you as an investor should do with the stock. That decision should be made based off of the analysis provided, your own due diligence, and or a consultation with your financial advisor.

My team and I are working
with the HUMBL team to collect all the data we were looking to gather in our original due diligence initiative.

There is no plan to water down that process because I’m now an advisor. The gathering, creation and analysis of our requests
are time consuming for the company seeing that our process is stringent. I commend Brian and the team for allowing us to work with them on this.

We are maybe 1/8th the way through this process in order to provide shareholders with data they need and for my team to be able to advise HUMBL going forward. It will take time.

I hope this answers any outstanding questions regarding what I may or may not be releasing on the company. I will not be responding to any direct request for further information.

I also want to clarify that taking an advisor role with HUMBL is no indication of my view on the current price or the future of the stock price for investors.

Working with senior level executives at publicly traded and private companies is the vast majority of what I’ve done for several years. By advising any company or executive public or private I am in no way making a representation of what I believe about the companies stock price, current position , or future prospects.

Sounds like the enthusiastic HumblNation Cult is taking a bit more of his time than he thought!
