Per filings with the SEC, Carter was gifted his shares to represent Chanbond, and according to the allegations in Dierdre's TRO, he has leveraged shareholder investments, not his own money, to secure loans to support himself. He's not vested financially and never has been. None of his own hard earned money has gone into this endeavor. Nor has any of Dierdre's money been invested.
