"If all the dominoes are in place, why do we have an interim CEO?"

It is not uncommon for this to happen. I would not be surpised if six months down the road they announce Chung as permanent CEO of LQMT.

Take SirriusXM for example. I have been a holder of SIRIXM for probably the last dozen years or so. In December of 2012 when Mel Karmazin resigned, James Myer was appointed Interim CEO. In April of 2013 Myer was named full time CEO.

As long as Li remains the controlling majority stakeholder and Chairman of the Board...it will still be Li calling the shots behind the scenes, not Chung.

As far as why did Li resign? That is the million dollar question. Obviously something MAJOR is about to happen. Pure speculation on my part but for some reason something tells me possibly an outside entity may have a interest in LQMT.
