6. Payment by Marathon. Within fifteen (15) days of the Effective Date, Marathon Patent Group, Inc. shall pay the sum of two million one hundred fifty thousand dollars and zero cents ($2,150,000) to Symantec Corporation (the “Cash Consideration”).
