The information provided was 100% accurate. Anyone reading the filing can see it, and yes it matures each year as somehow Linda manages to sign the holders to wait just 1 more year. And do you think the holders do that for nothing? they get interest, thats why the number is higher each year. Otherwise they can convert out at the average price of the last 30 days I believe it is.

But then right now they cant even sell can they.
