Jay, I mean this with all sincerity and no malice, for I generally am positive toward MAXD.
If the several deals that are supposedly signed and/or are in the offing were to be announced now, it would make the little boss an instant billionaire (while similarly benefitting investors), thereby enabling him to pay off his debts like a parking ticket (I know that it's still a judicial matter, but this would be particuarly true if the Googlier theft is as advertised). He could even do something about his hair. Why don't we just do this?
