Seafood resellers will pick up the shrimp at the facility and deliver fresh shrimp to their customers.

Unlike fish shrimp are easy to prepare for the table. Many restaurants want whole fresh shrimp for boiling. Many restaurants will peel and devein the shrimp at the restaurant just like they do with fresh oysters for the table.

3000lbs of shrimp is a drop in the bucket according to demand.

A converted refrigerated pick up can handle the distribution.
