Look under considerations on the financials and look at the Cash Paid. Talk amongst yourselves if you feel there are any other concerns and then check on older filing.

Do we have confirmation of the buyback, I think so.

I'm holding back some screen prints and other information. I asked some not to put this on the board when it was discussed privately. Now you know.

I have also found documents with money movement totaling over 5 mill between companies and individuals on Vietnam websites recently. Anyone that may complain and say well those details are not posted will just have to find it themselves. I provided enough links to source data.

Not many investors have connected all the dots. As each filing comes out more and more will list as Cash Purchased AKA Negotiated Transactions with brokers or individuals.

I had to go look up cash considerations to see what that meant.
After reading considerations I found the below. It depends on how it's listed. Cash Purchase is also Cash Paid.

If this still doesn't make sense let me explain it more plainly. 850 mill shares were return via cash on last filling. They are not retired just return. If you follow the brokers reports you can find more information there. I'm not sure what may post on future financials but that is what I have been watching. I have said since November watch what brokers due. Filing started to confirm what we all were waiting on. Shares are returning.
