I didn't say Pestell forced the buyout of his company, although that may have possibly been a caveat for him accepting a position. Either way he benefitted.

Tony C and the board were in favor, yet you don't mention that, you lay it all on NP. The BOD voted in favor.

You asked how other shareholders in the same class would benefit, taking a hit on CYDY shares along with the rest of us, but getting a benefit elsewhere can make up for that .

I don't buy the whole 13D group said there will be no RS, no buyout of InCellDx.

They can say whatever they want, it will not be up to them, it will be up to the BOD they try to get elected in. If that happens and the new BOD appoints a new CSuite they will be the ones who make the decision as to whether to RS and whether to buy any other companies.

Right now addressing that narrative as they have to and in a very literal manner because they are shareholders and cannot make that decision , later they can state they had no control, the BOD was independent, blah,blah,blah .
