Just how did Pestell force BOD to buy his company? Please cite your source of knowledge to describe any internal decision making and execution of the Pestell acquisition. NP was awarded millions of shares for that. If you are using NP post acquisition statements , they have zero credibility. Cite the source of info for your conclusions. I seem to recall glowing statements from NP when Pestell’s company was acquitted. My understanding is Pestell was blackballed when he would not say what Nader wanted him to say about cancer( ahem lie).
