Tesla parts (door locks…) have been sold into our territories for some time now and not a penny,

That Eon/Tesla contract was pre-LQMT/Eon's contract.

There is a lot of misunderstanding and misinformation about that territoriality provision. What is the point of having territoriality provisions if there is no compensation involved if a party breaches the agreement without consent? Yes, that's rhetorical.

Eon should be challenging that right now if they have a customer they could supply in a LQMT territory if there is nothing other than a "Don't do it or else!" "Don't do it or else what?" Or else there will, at a minimum, be "damages." OK, don't call it "royalties." Call it whatever, but it would be the equivalent of royalties. It's splitting hairs and a pointless exercise.

If LQMT consents to letting a new customer of Eon sell into LQMT territory with no "compensation arrangement" in place, then it's hopeless. And if any shareholder thinks that's not the case, and LQMT is that dumb, then nothing else needs to be said.
