Hell ya Zack is fired up. For those of you who follow VNUE, today we won a very hard-fought battle: Our S1 registration statement went "effective" with the SEC, and we now have access to up to $8mm in equity financing from GHS Investments, an investment banking firm. This is HUGE news for the company.
Now, for the morons who are pounding the stock down (i.e. "panic selling"), I would ask you to take a moment and think about what this financing means for the company.
For five years now we have survived and even thrived on funding that came in dribs and drabs, in some cases barely enough to keep any public company moving forward. We have accomplished miracles on basically nothing. Acquired technologies like set.fm and Soundstr. Developed Soundstr to the point that it is 100% accurate almost every time. We landed major artist clients like Matchbox Twenty. We have somehow managed to recruit and retain a world-class management team.
All on dreadfully low funding and sheer determination. Most companies would have thrown in the towel. Not us. Not VNUE.
Now - we have the opportunity to experience a real cash injection. Tell me, short-sighted sellers, what do you really think that means? Do you really think we are not going to create value, and instead sit on our laurels? lol. Gimme a break. Those of you who know me know that this is NOT the case.
We now have the opportunity to accelerate our Soundstr rollout - perfect timing for the new radio royalty bill being introduced - and to put some real infrastructure around the company.
So you sellers can sell, but there will be plenty of folks (believers) waiting to pick those shares off. And you will miss the boat. (My opinion only - do not use my opinion to base your securities purchasing or selling decisions).
VNUE has never been in a better position - and I am incredibly excited about the future!
And for those engaged in the practice of toxic lending - meaning outfits that are just in the business to effectuate egregious profits off the backs of small cap public companies - the SEC is coming for you and I'm thrilled, and you will not take advantage of VNUE. And I will be glad to throw the SEC an assist if they should ask. Nothing I hate more than bottom feeders, and after running two public companies, my patience is at an end for douchebags.??????
