Reason for waiting until USSE/ONYI combination to spin off USP shares:

I am sure it has probably been posted here by others, but in case it has not, the reason to do the spin off after is because both USSE and USP will then be OTC-BB listed. It would make no sense to do it before as USP would still be on the pinks and suffering from malnutrition.
