Good morning people , WHAT! is this (ridiculous) off and on debate about the LT open or close 1)THERE IS NO MONIES FOR US FROM THEM 2) THEY ANNOUNCE A MOP UP CREW OF TWO PEOPLE. 3) THEY FILED A SEC FORM 15 ( no need to file anything, no monies incoming or going out to report) 4) They only need to file with SEC OF DEL IFFEN THEY INTENDED TO STAY OPEN for whatever biz NONE, The mop up crew can just let the DEL reg. Run it’s course and burn out , as it is of no importance anymore IMO.

But this Whois right or wrong about THE LT THAT HAS ZEROED OUT IS JUST PLAIN DUMB IMO , Sorry
Move on people and find something NEW of IMPORTANCE TO ARGUE ABOUT OTHER THEN THE NOMAL BS.
