That's true---it could be going on---they could buy up to 5% with saying anything ,,, 10% and they have to notify the SEC---but ,, to your point,, if they bot 200 mil shares and saved 50 cents a share---that is not to be sneezed at---suppose it was 350 mill and they save a $1 per share---I'ld be very happy with that--if I were the buyer--- might even give the folks who pulled it off a penny bonus---
