Shorted to death with no intention to cover the short position. I would not call that shorting in smaller blocks ...

You can't know how large these MMs short as they are all over the place and don't form an entity. They just short. And if each of them is shorting 1, 2, ... 5%, you end up shorting large.

As there will be 'correct' MMs and the one who are 'incorrect', you could not know, could you ? I think a lot of these are offshored and some form alliances.

So, it's not because you have been or know MMs, it's not happening...
