I know you realize that a new trial date, a new trial, appeals to several levels of the judiciary system... all with potential potholes along every step of the way... will be a 4-5 year period before a penny gets paid.

I'd much rather (for me personally) see a decent deal made now and a payout within 30-45 days.

Naturally, I feel this way because I will be 75 in 8 weeks :)

That might have something to do with my position.
