Listen, Koos is very smart, a classic strategist, and no doubt in the back of his mind he's definitely aware of your analysis.

If it plays out the way you elegantly described no doubt he'll get the $MAX$ via the equivalent of throwing rib eye steaks to a pack of hungry wolves!

Let's all remember the 8-K he filed in April puts him in total control as the "Shot Caller" in a Buy Out-Merger Acquisition scenario! It seems to me that's what he's preparing for; if not filing that 8-K was meaningless!
