Looks like you still deny a self-recharging electric car can be created.
I explained before - mini-nano-generators.<<--EXAMPLE, not what HPIL is doing...well I don't think so.
Put 2 Nano Mini-generators on a car's axle, use 25% to recharge the batteries and 75% to power the car.
