Thats all bullshit. They have to complete their financials to trade normally again. So waiting for SEC answering is just another delay tactic. Getting their financials done solves all the problems. What dont you people understand about this.

This company is dead. He will never file anything. It’s been months since the LOI and hiring extra accountants. Years since ever filing anything. All of you dreamers making up stupid excuses for them is so ridiculous. Why can’t they get one Q done? Stop making excuses for this incompetence. If he hasn’t done one filing yet he never will. Wake up people.
